At Crossroads, we desire to honor God’s command to “Make A Joyful Noise Unto the Lord” through the preparation and presentation of worship experiences, that are both excellent, and serve to exalt Him.

Our Ministry verse is Colossians 3:16..."Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms, hymns and spiritual songs singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord." It is the mission of the Worship/Tech Ministry, and our passion,  to enable the congregation to worship and praise God in spirit and truth, bring encouragement, comfort, exhortation and instruction to the Body, provide a sense of community within the ministry itself, and present the Good News of the Gospel to Kitsap County and beyond.

Director of Worship and Technical Ministries
